CHAIN TRANSFERS

WELDED CONSTRUCTION Chain Transfers bolt in line to CDLR straight sections. Rollers are slaved from an adjoining CDLR straight section. Powered chains are pneumatically lifted above the roller surface. Can be built within a frame or to span multiple conveyors. Cylinder or air bag actuator. Available 12 in. top of roller height. SQUARE 90° TRANSFERS     Square 90° Transfers allow round products such as barrels, pails, drums, and tires to negotiate corners in a conveyor system. They bolt in line to CDLR straight sections, adding flexibility to your conveyor line.

WELDED CONSTRUCTION Square 90° Transfer bolt in line to CDLR straight sections. Rollers are powered by a self-contained drive. This device allows round products to better negotiate corners in your conveyor line. Available with flowrail, drip pans and hold downs. Built to your specifications.

TURN TABLES     Turn tables are useful for providing directional change in your conveying line. A conveyor section attaches to the table surface, and the table is then rotated to the desired angle.

WELDED CONSTRUCTION Manually operated or powered turn tables available. Powered unit is controlled by a sprocket drive or by a a pneumatic cylinder. Conveyors mount directly to the turn table surface. Up to 10,000 lb. capacity. Built to your specifications.

BALL TRANSFER TABLES     Ball Transfer Tables are used where products are required to manually rotate or move in any direction. They bolt in line to other gravity and powered conveyor sections.

BOLT-TOGETHER CONSTRUCTION 3 in. deep x 1 in. flange x 10 ga. or 2 in. deep x 1 in. flange x 12 ga. galvanized steel channel frames. 27 between frame widths available. Other widths also available. Square patterns on 2 in., 4 in., and 6 in. centers. Diagonal patterns on 3 in. and 6 in. centers. Built to your specifications.

TRANSFER CAR     Transfer Cars provide linear product transportation. By selecting optional equipment mounted on top of the transfer car, in-line and perpendicular loading and unloading can be accomplished. Options for lifting and tilting product are also available.

Powered cars or manual push available. Standard capacities up to 10,000 lbs. Special or higher capacities. Wide variety of lengths, widths and heights. Built to your specifiations.
