  • Rollers are available from 1 in., to 8 in. dia. with between frame widths up to 144 inches.
  • Straight or tapered rollers are available.
  • Single or multiple sprockets can be welded to the roller at your specific dimensions.
  • Grooves may be added to the roller for lineshaft conveyor drive belts.
  • Rollers available heat-treated, with loose fitting UHMW sleeves or urethane coated.
  • Stainless steel, aluminum, and PVC rollers available.

    OMNI "QUIET ROLLER"
  • 1.9 in. dia. quiet rollers available for high speed low noise operation.
  • Uses precision ABEC-1 rated bearings in a plasti housing and hex adapter.
  • Available in galvanized or mild steel tubing.
  • For use in power conveyor, or grooves may be added for lineshaft conveyor applications.

    Bearings and Wheels are responsible for supporting the product load. They are available in a variety of sizes and styles to meet your specific conveyor requirements.
   
   
  • Bearing types available include Non-precision, Semi-precision, Precision, and Journal bearings.
  • Bearings available oiled, grease-packed, or regreasable.
  • Bearings available plain, sealed, or shielded.
  • Stainless bearings available in some sizes.
  • Steel or aluminum wheels available for use with Skatewheel Conveyor, Flowrail and Pallet Rail.
