    GRAVITY CONVEYORS are conveyors that use free rolling rollers or skatewheels to convey an item from the higher end of the conveyor to the lower end of the conveyor by employing gravity against the weight of the item to be conveyed.

    GRAVITY SKATEWHEEL CONVEYOR

   This type of conveyor is perfect for conveying light weight items. It has a "bolt together" construction type.


   
  • 2 in. deep x 1 in. flange x 12 ga. galvanized steel or in. heat-treated aluminum channel frames. Comes in 5 ft. and 10 ft. lengths.
  • Overall widths of 12 in., 15 in., 18 in., 21 in., 24 in., and 30 in.
  • 1 in. dia. wheels on in. dia. axles, spaced on 1 in., 3 in., or 4 in., centers.
  • 45° and 90° curves and spurs.
  • Special widths, lengths, and wheel patterns available.

    GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYOR
      1 in. dia. rollers

   This type of conveyor is perfect for conveying light weight items or in applications that require mobile sections. It has a "bolt together" construction type.
  • 2 in. deep x 1 in. flange x 12 ga. galvanized steel or in. heat-treated aluminum channel frames. Comes in 5 ft. and 10 ft. lengths.
  • Overall widths of 12 in., 15 in., 18 in., 21 in., 24 in., and 30 in.
  • 1 in. dia. x 18 ga. galvanized or heat treated aluminum rollers spaced on 1 in., 3 in., 4 in., 6 in., 8 in., or 9 in., centers.

   This type of conveyor is used in permanent installations and provide an economical method for carrying light to medium weight packages.

   
  • 3 in. deep x 1 in. flange x 10 ga. galvanized steel channel frames. Comes in 5 ft. and 10 ft. lengths.
  • Between frame widths from 13 through 39 in. in full inch increments.
  • 1.9 in. dia. x 16 ga., 1.9 in. dia. x 13 ga., or 1.9 in. dia. x .145 wall steel rollers on 2 in., 3 in., 4 in., 4 in., 6 in., 8 in., 9 in., or 12 in., centers.
  • 45° and 90° curves and spurs.
  • Curves available with straight or tapered rollers.

   Gravity roller conveyors can be built to a variety of specifications. A wide variety roller and bearing options are available.

   
  • Side frames built to customer width and length requirements. Many frames available.
  • Gravity rollers from 1 in. dia. through 8 in. dia. with a wide selection of bearing options.
  • Bearing options include Non-Precision, Semi-Precision, Precision, and Journal bearings.
  • Typical roller centers include 1 in., 3 in., 4 in., and 6 in. Other Center available.
  • Curves and spurs available. Curves can be built with straight or tapered rollers.
